About the Role:
In this fully virtual position, you will conduct thorough student assessments, provide counseling services, and collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Your contributions will directly support student success and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine special education eligibility
Provide virtual counseling and crisis intervention to students and families
Develop and oversee IEPs and BIPs tailored to each students individual needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote positive student outcomes
Qualifications:
Masters degree in School Psychology, Psychology, or a related field
Current and valid School Psychologist license in Kansas
Minimum of 2 years experience in school-based settings
Experience with virtual counseling preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
