About the Role:
In this fully virtual role, you will conduct comprehensive student assessments, provide counseling services, and collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Your work will be vital in promoting student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychoeducational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services

• Provide virtual counseling and crisis intervention support to students and families

• Develop and manage IEPs and BIPs tailored to each students unique needs

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster positive student outcomes

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology, Psychology, or a related field

• Current and valid School Psychologist license in Maryland

• Minimum of 2 years experience in school-based settings

• Experience with virtual counseling preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
