Position Overview We're seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to provide essential mental health and educational support services to high school students across Ohio. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on adolescent development during critical academic years while maintaining work-life balance through flexible virtual service delivery. Role Responsibilities Your expertise will directly support students ages 14-18 through comprehensive psychological assessments, intervention planning, and crisis support services. You'll manage a typical caseload of 45-55 high school students, providing both individual and group services that address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs during this pivotal developmental stage. Core Duties Include: Comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations

IEP and 504 plan development and monitoring

Individual and group counseling services for adolescents

Crisis intervention and risk assessment protocols

Collaboration with school teams, families, and community providers

Data collection and progress monitoring systems

Professional consultation on behavioral intervention strategies

Student Population Focus High school students present unique challenges requiring specialized expertise in adolescent psychology, college and career readiness, and transition planning. You'll work with students experiencing anxiety, depression, learning differences, and behavioral challenges while supporting their preparation for post-secondary success. Technology Platform Our advanced virtual platform enables seamless service delivery through secure video conferencing, digital assessment tools, and comprehensive case management systems. Extensive training ensures smooth integration of technology with evidence-based psychological practices. Required Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

Valid Ohio school psychologist license
