On Target ABA is hiring in Columbus. On Target ABA provides high-quality, center-based ABA therapy focused on sustainable caseloads, strong clinical collaboration, and meaningful progress for children and families. Our clinicians are supported by dedicated administrative systems and a strong RBT training pipeline so BCBAs can focus on what matters most treatment design, mentorship, and outcomes. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Columbus center-based team . This role is designed for clinicians who value autonomy, collaboration, and clinical quality. Position Details Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Columbus, OH (Center-Based) Schedule: Monday-Friday, No Weekends Status: Full-Time Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year Sign-On Bonus: Available What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure quality care Maintain ethical and clinical standards aligned with BACB guidelines What We're Looking For Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Ohio license or license eligibility required Experience working in center-based or structured ABA settings preferred Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with RBT teams Passion for delivering high-quality, individualized treatment Why Join On Target ABA?
