Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related needs
  • Demonstrated understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data
  • Skilled in collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
  • Adaptability and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral intervention services to students as outlined in treatment plans
  • Accurately collect and maintain data during sessions
  • Promote a supportive learning environment by reinforcing positive behaviors
  • Assist in creating individualized behavior support strategies
  • Communicate progress and observations with the supervising BCBA and school staff
  • Participate in meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies and ethical standards
