Required Skills: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Proven experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and evidence-based intervention techniques Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to supervise RBTs and clinical staff effectively Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with familiarity with tools like CentralReach a plus Preferred or Nice to Have Skills: Experience with EMR systems such as CentralReach or similar platforms Advanced clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree in relevant fields with active BCBA certification Prior supervision of RBTs or behavioral staff Experience delivering ABA services across diverse settings Other Requirements: Willingness to travel between different treatment locations as needed Commitment to ethical and high-quality clinical care Ready to take the next step in your career and make a lasting impact?
