What You’ll Do:

Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress

Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision

Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to: Evaluations and Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.

Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care

Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.

Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois

Experience working in a clinic setting
