Make a meaningful impact supporting students with severe disabilities and autism (ages 222) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. This full-time, onsite contract role involves close collaboration with educational teams to design and implement effective behavioral supports in a dynamic school setting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current, active BCBA licensure/certification valid in Delaware
  • Prior experience in a school-based BCBA role, preferably working with students with severe disabilities or autism
  • Strong background in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and functioning as part of a crisis response team
  • Expertise in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing comprehensive Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
  • Proficiency in data collection and progress monitoring to inform ongoing support
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff for IEP behavioral goal development and implementation
  • Must be available for the 2026/2027 school year, Monday through Friday, with a 37.5-hour work week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a behavioral support resource for school staff and students, ensuring a safe, supportive environment
  • Participate actively on the crisis and de-escalation team
  • Conduct FBAs and devise appropriate BSPs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review IEP behavior goals
  • Guide and support accurate behavioral data collection and interpretation
  • Provide on-site leadership and behavioral expertise across student age ranges
