Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans in educational environments
• Strong background in Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) procedures
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and parents
• Knowledge of IDEA and special education laws is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students behavioral needs

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation for student progress and recommendations
