In this role, youll collaborate with educators and staff to assess, develop, and implement effective behavioral interventions, crafting supportive learning experiences for students who rely on structured behavioral strategies.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children or within an educational environment
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and students
- Ability to develop data-driven behavior intervention plans
- Organizational skills to balance caseload management and timely documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments for students referred for support
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support as needed, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Train and guide school staff on ABA strategies and intervention fidelity
- Maintain thorough and timely data collection and reporting for all cases
- Stay current on best practices in ABA and educational interventions
