Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Early Childhood (Full-Time)

Location: Baltimore, MD

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an Early Learning Team in a full-time, school-based role. This position is focused on supporting early childhood students , primarily those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental or behavioral needs. The BCBA will play a key role in shaping early interventions and setting foundational behavioral supports for long-term student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for early childhood students
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and early childhood staff
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers within the Early Learning Team
  • Deliver staff training on behavior strategies tailored to early learners
  • Support crisis intervention and proactive behavior management strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust programming based on data

Data & Reporting Expectations:

  • Maintain daily, detailed service logs documenting student support, interventions, and outcomes
  • Ensure consistent and accurate data collection across all assigned cases
  • Generate reporting that contributes to a performance-based report card evaluating contractor and company effectiveness
  • Use data to drive decision-making and demonstrate measurable student progress

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with early childhood populations strongly preferred
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong background in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring

Schedule:

  • Full-time, MondayFriday
  • School-based hours aligned with district calendar
