Job Title: School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Floating Support (Full-Time)

Position Overview:
Were seeking a dedicated and flexible Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a school-based team in a full-time, floating support role. This position is ideal for an RBT who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs across multiple classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Emotional/Behavioral needs
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of a supervising BCBA
• Serve as a floating RBT, supporting various classrooms and students as behavioral needs arise
• Utilize de-escalation strategies and crisis intervention techniques when necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administration to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Must have access to your own BCBA supervision
• Experience working with students displaying challenging behaviors
• Preferred: Safety-Care training, CPI certification, or other restraint/crisis intervention training
