Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Special Education Administrator, you will serve as a vital resource for our school community by:

* Direct Support: Providing consultation and services to students, staff, and parents to navigate behavioral challenges effectively.

* Strategy & Design: Developing and implementing comprehensive behavioral assessments and data-driven intervention plans.

* Community Connection: Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student and family care.

Qualifications

* Certification: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

* Experience: 3-5 years of experience in behavior analysis (school-based experience is a plus).

* Education: Master's degree in a related field.
