Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral, social, emotional, and developmental needs in a school setting near Memphis, Tennessee. The BCBA will work closely with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to develop and implement behavior intervention strategies that promote student success across educational environments. Applicants interested in applying should be skilled in behavior assessment, ABA therapy, data analysis, staff training, collaborative problem-solving, and hold a strong commitment to supporting diverse learners in a positive school culture. Qualified candidates will have an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field. Eligibility for licensure in the state of Tennessee is required. Experience working in K-12 educational settings, knowledge of IDEA, special education processes, and school-based behavioral supports is preferred. Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams is a plus. Candidates should have experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorder, emotional/behavioral disorders, or developmental disabilities. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students across school settings Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide interventions and progress monitoring Train and coach teachers, registered behavior technicians, paraprofessionals, and school staff on behavior management strategies and ABA principles Collaborate with IEP teams to develop measurable behavioral goals and supports Support crisis prevention and de-escalation strategies when necessary Monitor fidelity of intervention implementation and recommend adjustments as needed Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and behavioral supports Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, professional development, and school initiatives Soliant offers a variety of benefits including competitive compensation, comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan options, school holidays and breaks, professional development opportunities, and licensure and certification support.
