Seeking an experienced BCBA to provide essential behavioral support for students in grades 612 on a full-time basis for the upcoming school year, August through June. This contract role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on student well-being and outcomes in an educational environment near Norristown, PA.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Pennsylvania
  • Experience conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing behavior intervention plans within school settings, especially for middle and high school students
  • Up-to-date Act 34, 151, and 114 clearances (required prior to start)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with educators, support staff, students, and families
  • Ability to manage caseloads and maintain detailed documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students behavioral and learning needs using evidence-based tools and protocols
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Provide staff training and consultation to ensure fidelity of behavior plan implementation
  • Engage in data collection, progress monitoring, and ongoing plan revisions based on student response
  • Maintain compliance with state and district policies as well as ethical standards for practice
