Key Qualifications: Current, active BCBA certification required Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Passion for supporting K-12 student populations through evidence-based practices Strong analytical, consultation, and communication skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment Fingerprint clearance needed prior to start date Role Responsibilities: Serve as a behavior analysis expert for a variety of schools within the district, working from the district office Assess, develop, and help implement intervention plans to promote positive outcomes for students Partner closely with school staff, special education teams, and families to provide best-practice consultations Participate in monthly consults with the Vanderbilt Triad program, contributing to data-driven feedback and continual development Utilize an organized Help Desk system to streamline referrals and prioritize needs without overwhelm Flexibly support assigned schools based on current district referrals and caseloads This position features a schedule aligned to school hourstypically 8:00am to 3:30pmoffering work-life balance. The contract runs August 5, 2026 to May 19, 2027, with 35 hours per week and the ability to directly influence student success across the district.
