Job Goal:
To assist the Director of Student Services and Programs and Supervisors of Student Services and Programs, as assigned, in the provision of services for students in accordance with federal and state laws,
rules and regulations, to ensure high quality and equal educational opportunities for all pupils. To provide coordination, management and supervision of the following:
- District ASD Programs
- District MD Programs
- Oversee the RBTs
- Provide Staff Training
- Handle With Care Train the Trainer
- Curriculum Coach
- Assist with District Behavior Plans
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and a record of effective behavior modification
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Accreditation and Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA License)
- Proven experience as a Behavior Analyst, preferred
- In-depth knowledge of and thorough adherence to applicable ethical codes
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures
- Excellent report-writing skills
- Calm, compassionate, empathetic, and patient
- The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices, even under duress
Effective: 2026- 2027 School Year
Salary: $74,800-$101,730
- based on experience and earned degree level
- Unaffiliated position
- Work schedule 11 months (220 days)
