About the Role:
As a Psychotherapist in our pool of qualified professionals, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to diverse clients across the United States. Your primary objective will be to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals experiencing a wide range of psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, families, or groups.
- Strong knowledge of ethical standards and confidentiality requirements in mental health practice.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, veterans, or individuals with substance use disorders.

- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering remote therapy services.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical interviews to understand clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or other appropriate approaches.
- Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions, monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate holistic care and support for clients.
- Stay current with developments in psychotherapy techniques and mental health research to enhance clinical practice.
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development activities to maintain licensure and improve therapeutic skills.
