Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid school psychologist certification/license in Wisconsin
- Experience conducting cognitive, behavioral, and academic assessments
- Knowledge of IEP/504 plan development and progress monitoring
- Strong consultation and collaboration abilities with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Commitment to fostering equity, inclusion, and student well-being
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Prior experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
- Develop data-driven recommendations and contribute to intervention planning
- Serve as a resource in the development and implementation of evidence-based interventions
- Participate in the multidisciplinary team process, including eligibility, placement, and reevaluation meetings
- Provide crisis intervention and support services as necessary
- Deliver individual and group counseling for students as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant guidelines and regulations
