Key Qualifications:

  • Certified or licensed School Psychologist
  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Experience working with elementary and/or high school students
  • Strong skills in assessment, report writing, and behavioral intervention planning
  • Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to adapt strategies to individual student needs and developmental levels

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations using a range of assessment tools
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators on best practices for student learning and behavioral support
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
  • Facilitate social-emotional learning programs and promote a positive school climate
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records in accordance with regulations
