School Psychologist - Annandale, MN

Working with elementary and middle school students in the region near Annandale and Howard Lake, this position provides flexibility for either full-time or part-time scheduling, depending on your preference.

Desired Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited School Psychologist program
• Valid state-issued School Psychologist credential
• Experience with elementary and/or middle school student populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of assessment protocols, intervention strategies, and special education processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students eligibility for special education services
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct support and counseling for students individually or in groups
• Consult with educators and families to support academic and social-emotional well-being
• Implement data-driven interventions and document progress
• Assist with crisis intervention and prevention
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with school policies and legal requirements
• Serve as a resource on behavioral management and mental health needs
