What Youll Bring:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience in a school, clinical, or childcare setting preferred
  • Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans and positive reinforcement techniques

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with behavioral needs within classrooms and in one-on-one settings
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supervising staff
  • Collaborate with educators to deliver academic and behavioral supports
  • Monitor students progress and promptly document outcomes and observations
  • Assist with classroom organization and provide positive reinforcement throughout the school day
  • Communicate regularly with the behavior team regarding student progress and any challenges
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
